Managed IT Services

Managed IT services for organizations

A single monthly contract that covers the day-to-day operation of your technology, so your staff have somewhere to go and your leadership has someone accountable.

ABOnsite provides IT services to businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations under contract. ABOnsite does not offer services to individual consumers or home users.

Included in every agreement

  • Remote monitoring and management on all covered workstations and servers
  • Operating system and third-party patch management on a tested schedule
  • Managed endpoint protection with centralized policy and reporting
  • Direct support access for your employees during business hours – by phone or email, straight to the engineer who runs your environment
  • Monitored backup with documented retention and periodic restore testing
  • Asset inventory, warranty tracking, and hardware lifecycle planning
  • Vendor coordination with your ISP, line-of-business software, and cloud providers
  • Quarterly technology review with a written roadmap and budget

Service levels

Response commitments are written into the agreement and reported on monthly. Critical issues that stop the organization from operating take priority over everything else on my schedule; routine requests are handled in order during business hours. Because engagements are limited to a small number of clients, I can commit to response times I will actually meet. After-hours and weekend coverage is available as an add-on.

Co-managed IT

If you already have an internal IT person or team, I work alongside them rather than replacing them. Co-managed engagements typically cover the areas an internal resource cannot cover alone: after-hours monitoring, patch and endpoint management at scale, Microsoft 365 and identity administration, backup verification, and escalation for problems outside their specialty. Your internal staff keep ownership of the environment and the user relationship.

Pricing model

Flat per-user monthly rate covering everything above. Projects outside the agreement – office moves, migrations, infrastructure refreshes – are quoted separately and approved before work begins.

Onboarding

The first 30 days are documentation and stabilization: inventory the environment, deploy monitoring and endpoint agents, verify backups, review identity and access, and close the gaps I find. You receive a written environment document at the end of it.
